This is my demand notice for the money you owe me for Nathan Fowler's inability to follow landlord tenant laws.

I was forced to move when I wasn't ready to leave Mountain Home yet. I moved out end of April 2025 and finally left Mountain Home end of November.

Steffon Orloff I have another year to keep this website up before I take you to court. If you would like to pay your bill so this notice can be removed contact me to arrange mailing the payment of $2700. That is for moving expenses and the extra rent I had to pay after Nathan made me feel threatened. Hopefully he has changed his ways since our negative interaction, but the neighbor above me screaming all night and breaking dishes caused me concern enough to call the police. You seemed to have been upset with me over that, I'm not sure, but if you refuse to pay me willingly $2700 I will sue you in small claims BY 4/26/27.
